Jio ‘Digital Pack’ now rolling out; here’s what free benefits you get
In addition to offering data and calling plans at aggressive price points, Geo has always been able to surprise users by activating the add-on pack, which gives them a lot of data at the top of what they get as part of their Subscriber Plan Provides benefits. Geo is now giving 2 GB of data per day under a new 'Bio Digital Pack' on top of a previously subscribed prepaid plan.
The Geo Digital Pack has been activated recently and it will end on July 30, as mentioned in the Myageo app. It is available to select users, but the pack was visible on our number zero. Pack is not available on postpaid connections. As we said, the Bio Digital pack is automatically activated on select bio numbers, which provides 2 GB of data per day. This pack is activated only when you previously subscribed to any recharge pack.
Apart from this, it is also unclear whether Geo has set a benchmark for selecting the eligible numbers for this proposal. We are not even sure that this pack was bundled with existing data and voice combo pack. Since the pack is an add-on, so leaving the data call, your calls and SMS benefits will remain the same as the membership pack.
Geo has recently announced the Monsoon Hungama proposal that allow buyers to avail live phones at 501 rupees while exchanging an old phone (2G, 3G, or non-Volt 4G). However, the rules and conditions made later on the Geo website showed that the 594 Recharge Packs that were offered were essentially to be purchased with the Geo Phone. Unknowingly, the total amount due upto Rs 1,095 was raised. The Rs 594 pack offers 500 MB of data for unlimited validity of six months, unlimited calls and SMS benefits and is only available to live phone users.
